It has been exactly 30 days since I launched three of my websites:
My goal was to build the foundation for these sites in 30 days.
For the fitness site, we published 30 articles. One article is around 1000 words so you can imagine the workload.
We also uploaded 18 videos to our YouTube channel.
We published 12 articles on our Lifestyle site. It's a site I work on the side.

It was a sprint.
I was barely sleeping and I was overdosing with coffee.
I was gone.
Sometimes you enter the zone so completely that you disappear. Everything else just becomes secondary.
After the 30 days I finally took some rest. I was lying in my bed and asked myself: "What am I doing? Oh yeah, I'm doing this."
I realized I was slipping up in many other parts of my life. It was time to raise the standards.
- Everything has already gotten better, and will continue to do so.
I don't know what's going to happen, but I have a good feeling about it. The feeling is all I need.
Whether it's your diet, work, business, exercising or anything - it's so easy to slip up and lose sight of the true purpose.
What is the true purpose? It's partly about me, it's partly about my legacy and it's partly about you.
There's one thing that's always part of every equation: YOU.
Everything you do is an extension of yourself. So... make sure you are the best you can be.
Don't fall in the trap of thinking you are separate from what comes out of you.
In 30 days I wanted to push myself, and I did.
I wanted to build the foundation and show everyone else "we got this." - that we actually practice what we preach.
We did many mistakes, but we learned from them. This process is never-ending.
Many videos on our YouTube channel aren't necessarily approachable by complete beginners - some videos are only for the elite.
We have gathered great feedback, and as a result, we need to focus more on helping those who need it the most.
It's been 30 days.
Next 30 days start from tomorrow.
